coinor-libdylp-dev software package provides Linear programming solver using of the dynamic simplex algorithm, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install coinor-libdylp-dev
coinor-libdylp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the coinor-libdylp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep coinor-libdylp-dev *
You will get with coinor-libdylp-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
